These Terms govern your use of the website bongbongkh.com and of the messaging channels operated by CHUANXI CATERING INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT CO., LTD. (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as BONG BONG HOTPOT. By using this website or by sending us a message on Facebook Messenger, Telegram or TikTok, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

CHUANXI CATERING INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT CO., LTD. is a private limited company registered with the Ministry of Commerce of the Kingdom of Cambodia under registration number 1000638864, with its registered office at No. 13, Street 360, Sangkat Boeung Keng Kang I, Khan Boeung Keng Kang, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

2. Our messaging service

• Messages may be answered by an automated assistant or by a member of our team.
• The assistant provides general information about our menu, hours, location and promotions. It may be incomplete or out of date, and it is not professional advice of any kind.
• Where a question concerns allergens, food safety, illness or any health matter, the assistant will not answer it. The conversation is passed to a member of our team.
• We aim to reply during opening hours. We do not guarantee a response time, and messaging platforms may delay or fail to deliver messages for reasons outside our control.

3. Allergies and dietary requirements

Our kitchen handles a wide range of ingredients, including gluten, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, soy, eggs, dairy and fish. We prepare food in shared cooking areas and shared hotpot broths. We cannot guarantee that any dish is free from any given allergen.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please tell a member of our team in the restaurant before ordering. Information given through our messaging channels is general guidance only and must not be relied on as a guarantee of safety.

4. Reservations

• A reservation is confirmed only when we send you an explicit confirmation.
• Please tell us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking.
• We may release a table if the party has not arrived within a reasonable time of the booked time, and we may limit or refuse bookings during busy periods.

5. Vouchers and promotions

• Each voucher may be used once only, by the person it was issued to, unless we say otherwise.
• Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred for payment.
• Vouchers are valid only within the stated period and subject to the stated conditions.
• We may cancel a voucher obtained through error, duplication, automated abuse or fraud.
• Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers.

6. Prices and menu

Prices, dishes and promotions may change without notice. Information published on this website or sent through our messaging channels is provided in good faith, but the prices and dishes available in the restaurant at the time of your visit are the ones that apply.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Send unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing or deliberately offensive content
• Impersonate another person, or make reservations in another person’s name without permission
• Use automated tools to send bulk messages, scrape our content or interfere with our systems
• Attempt to obtain vouchers or benefits by creating multiple accounts or by other deception

We may stop responding to, or block, any account that breaches these rules.

8. Intellectual property

The BONG BONG name and logo, the content of this website and our photographs are owned by us or used with permission. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

9. Third-party platforms

Facebook Messenger, Telegram and TikTok are operated by third parties, not by us. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, functionality or handling of your data on their systems.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Cambodian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our messaging channels, or from reliance on information given through them. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use this website or our messaging channels after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Disputes that cannot be resolved between us are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Phnom Penh.
