We do not collect payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or precise location data through our messaging channels. This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers.
Messages you send to us may first be handled by an automated assistant that replies to common questions about our menu, opening hours, location and promotions. Your conversation may be transferred to a human member of our team at any time, either at your request or at our discretion. Questions involving allergens, food safety or health are always referred to a human being.
Message content may be processed by third-party language model providers strictly for the purpose of generating a reply. It is not used by us to train models, and it is not sold or shared for advertising.
We only send promotional messages to people who have opted in. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE in the same conversation, by using the unsubscribe option in our Telegram account, or by emailing info@bongbongkh.com. Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent you from continuing to use our customer service channels.
We do not sell personal information. We share it only in these cases:
Some of these providers operate servers outside Cambodia. Where information is transferred abroad, we require the provider to apply appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

When a retention period ends, records are deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Records subject to Cambodian accounting or tax law are kept for the period that law requires.
No system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will act to contain it and notify affected people where required.

You can have your personal information deleted from our systems in either of these ways:
We will delete your messaging identifiers, message history, contact details and marketing consent record within 30 days, and confirm when this is done. We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request itself, and any transaction records that Cambodian accounting or tax law requires us to keep, in a form that is not used for marketing or customer service.
If you also want the platform’s own copy of the conversation removed, you must delete it in the Facebook, Telegram or TikTok application, because that copy is held by the platform and not by us.
Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. If the change is significant, we will make a notice available on this page before the change takes effect.
